Cruel Consequences hosts Harry Kelso, who served 10 years in prison for marijuana charges, on his trip to D.C. where he spoke at 2020 Presidential Candidate Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard and Congressman Don Young's press conference on March 7th. Kelso spoke in support of the Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act.
